Tress Locksly was a famous hair dresser who first appeared in Operation Yeti Bear, where she created a special kind of gel treatment they made hair grow instantly but couldn't get it to stop growing. Her first and only client was Kat who after getting the treatment became very hairy so she tried to get revenge on Tress by using her own treatment. But in the end she was arrested by WOOHP along with Kat.
